Danger signs
indicate a specific and immediate hazard. They inform people that
special precautions are necessary.
OSHA states
that there is to be no variation in the design of signs posted
to warn of specific dangers.
Design
Requirements: "DANGER" is printed in white letters on a red
oval over a rectangular black field. The main body of the sign
should be white with the message printed in black. Additional
pictograms can be included in the sign body.

Exposed
employees must be informed of the existence and location
of and the danger posed by permit-required confined spaces
through the posting of danger signs or y other equally effective
means.
A sign
reading "DANGER - PERMIT - REQUIRED CONFINED SPACE,
DO NOT ENTER" or using other similar language satisfies
the requirement.

BE REQUIRED TO BE WORN IN THIS AREA..
