Since 1970 we have been happy to offer a convenient "trial" program to our customers. It's a one week, no-risk trial (on most machines) where our customers are able to use the machine with free supplies before making a decision to purchase; and there is no obligation to buy! This has been a very attractive program, and we are happy to extend this service anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

If your salesperson cannot help with your problem, we have technical experts that will gladly assist you. Each one is equipped to help you get your equipment functioning properly. Free Loaner Machines
Given the extensive use your equipment will receive, there may come a time when you need to send it in for a tune-up or repairs. However, we realize the importance of keeping your “down time” to a minimum. Therefore, we often will provide a free loaner machine while yours is in for service. Our state-of-the-art service department has factory-trained service technicians who receive the best instruction available in order to get your equipment up and running like new.

Generous Trade-ins
We are able to offer a trade-in allowance for used equipment towards new machines. Call for specifics on your labeler or posterprinter! You'll be surprised at how much we can offer for your used equipment to be applied toward a new model.

Territories:

Graphic Products, Inc. is proud to be an authorized dealer of Varitronics equipment. It is Varitronics policy to assign territories for their dealers. Below is a summary of which products can be sold by Graphic Products in which areas of the United States.

Please feel free to call or e-mail us if you have questions regarding these territory restrictions or if you need to find a dealer outside the territories listed below.

Please note that we have no territory restrictions for other labelers, wide format printers, presentation products and laminators that are not manufactured by Varitronics. This includes equipment made by Brady, Kroy, Brother, Epson, Banner American, K-Sun, Canon and many others.

We are an authorized dealer of all Varitronics equipment and supplies in the following states: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Hawaii.

The only exceptions to the above is that Graphic Products is not authorized to sell PosterPrinters to schools and colleges in North Dakota and Iowa, nor PosterPrinters to anyone in Hawaii.

In addition, we are also authorized to sell the Varitronics ProPartner Plus labeler and supplies in the following states: Kansas, Arkansas, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Virginia (excluding Northern Virgina).
